A victim of Climate Change
As aptly said by Ban Ki-Moon, “Climate change does not respect borders; it does not respect who you are – rich and poor, small and big. Therefore, this is what we call global challenges, which require global solidarity.” I think climate change is the biggest existential threat to humanity. It does not discriminate against nations, states, ethnicities, and religions. In history, wars destroyed many nations. Now the world is facing a powerful and silent enemy in the form of global warming. This challenge asks for cooperation. In this regard, I think the world must come together to avert this challenge. One single country can't stop the threat of climate change. It is our collective responsibility. We should devise innovative schemes to cope with climate change. Governments should help people tackle and adopt sustainable methods in pursuing economy, technology, politics, and development.
